If your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, but the mobile Wi-Fi search page only shows one Wi-Fi name, please follow the steps below:Enter the wireless page of the router. (The entry address is usually provided on the label on the back of the router).Enter the 2.4GHz setting page, set the Wi-Fi name (SSID) to (XXX)-2.4G, where xxx represents the Wi-Fi name, and save the settings.Enter the 5GHz setting page, set the Wi-Fi name (SSID) to (XXX)-5G, where xxx represents the Wi-Fi name, and save the settings.After the above settings are completed, the new Wi-Fi name will appear on the mobile Wi-Fi setting page.Note: After changing the Wi-Fi name, you need to reconnect the device using this wireless router.
